So let's fix that. The following is a digital solution that
enables users to fill out a traditional DMV form with ease.
Play with the Prototype
A step by step mobile form that is a direct extension of a hypothetical existing online form. Most people shy away from mobile forms because they feel a small screen is too constricting. However, we are already filling in mobile forms more than one might think. In fact, I prefer shopping on apps like Amazon and ASOS, rather than online because it's available on the go. Moreover, people with access to phones(92%) are higher than people with computers(76%) (PewResearchCenter). Since major companies are heading towards mobile, so should the DMV.
